Empower Plus Care is a trusted provider of aged care and disability support services, operating across Victoria and other Australian states. We're seeking a motivated and compassionate Client Acquisition Specialist to help grow our client base and ensure individuals receive the quality care they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through outreach, referrals, and digital platforms
- Build strong relationships with clients and families, explaining services clearly and empathetically
- Conduct initial needs assessments and coordinate onboarding documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and high client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement initiatives
About You
- Experience in client acquisition, sales, or community engagement (aged care or NDIS preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Knowledge of NDIS, Home Care Packages, or similar frameworks (desirable)
- Passion for supporting vulnerable communities
