We are seeking a seasoned, unflappable Senior Producer to join their top-tier production team.

This role is for a strategic leader who is equally adept at managing a multi-million dollar budget as they are at inspiring a team.

The Role: Scope and Impact

  • Project Leadership:
    Take full ownership of flagship projects from concept development through to flawless execution and final reconciliation.
  • Team Development & Oversight:
    Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Producers and Coordinators, fostering their development while providing strategic direction and oversight across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Client Partnership:
    Act as a primary, trusted point of contact for high-profile, global client accounts, guiding their vision into a viable and spectacular reality.
  • Production:
    Direct cross-functional teams (creative, technical, design, logistics) and a network of international suppliers and freelancers.
  • Innovation Driver:
    Push the boundaries of event technology and creative execution, contributing to the agency's reputation for setting new industry benchmarks.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Currently in a Senior Event Producer role, with experience gained within a high-calibre event agency environment.
  • A proven track record delivering complex, multi-million dollar, global events (corporate events, conferences, brand launches, experiential activations).
  • Demonstrable experience in line management, coaching, or formal mentorship of junior or mid-level production staff.

Salary

Circa $130-150k + Super

Location

Central Sydney - with 2 days remote working per week.
