About the role

We're looking for an experienced Events Producer to lead the delivery of show-stopping, social-first experiences. Reporting into the Head of Events, this role will oversee our most ambitious campaigns, from luxury retreats to large-scale activations and mentor the events team along the way.

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end execution of projects, from concept to completion, working closely with internal teams and external partners. As a strategic and creative thinker, you'll bring energy, ideas and operational excellence to every touchpoint. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Events

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and execution of events and activations, both in Australia
  • Assist with creative concepting, pitch responses, and client presentations for new business and repeat work
  • Oversee risk assessments, supplier sourcing and contract negotiations
  • Work closely with internal teams including Creative, Talent, and Social to ensure events integrate seamlessly across channels
  • Act as the on-site lead during live events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences
  • Track and analyse event performance and reporting, delivering key insights and learnings back to the business

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years' experience in event management, ideally at an agency with exposure to influencer or brand-led activations
  • Strong track record delivering high-quality, multi-faceted events
  • Manage detailed event budgets from planning through reconciliation, ensuring all elements are delivered within scope and financial targets
  • Creative thinker who understands the power of storytelling through experiences
  • Exceptional project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Confident communicator and leader with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Comfortable working flexibly, including some evenings, weekends and international travel
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and how events translate across them
