ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Tony White Group, Reef City Motorsis a busy, dynamic, multi-franchise Dealership. We are looking to engage a highly motivated and customer focused individuals to join the team as a Service Advisor, whether you're willing to learn or have experience.

This role is suited to a professional, highly motivated, results oriented, team player with a passion for driving success. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record and experience with checking in customers, explaining and selling service work to customers, answering customer inquiries via email, telephone and face to face, resolving customer issues and liaising with Service Technicians.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs
  • Schedule service bookings and manage daily workshop flow
  • Provide accurate quotes and explain services clearly
  • Liaise with technicians to ensure timely and quality service
  • Upsell additional services and products where appropriate
  • Handle warranty claims and customer queries professionally
  • Maintain detailed records using dealership management systems

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor (preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Good technical understanding of vehicles
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with computer systems and DMS software
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Current driver's licence (required)
