Gladstone Queensland, Australia Fulton Hogan Australia Pty Limited Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

For over 90 years, Fulton Hogan has been delivering high-quality infrastructure to improve the lives of people every day. Our 10,000+ team works in a range of environments, creating, connecting, and caring for communities across Australia and New Zealand.

What's on offer?

Our Infrastructure Services business based in Gladstone is now seeking a reliable and self-motivated Pavement Advisor to support our asphalt crew. Instead of being on the tools you will be running a PQI380 to monitor pavement compaction in real-time, marking core test locations, and feeding critical information back to the Foreman and Site Engineers. You will also handle end-of-shift reports, capturing the events of what went right, and what needs attention.

This is a structured role where consistency, clear communication, and attention to detail are required. If you like owning your patch, staying one step ahead, and helping the crew hit spec every shift, you'll thrive here. We are seeking an individual who is comfortable working with technology, with compaction testing gear or soil testing experience advantageous.

This position will provide you with growth, a long-term and stable career pathway, access to formal training and support from a strong team culture.

You will be rewarded with above award pay plus all travel expenses covered.

Night shift and occasional away work will be required. A valid drivers' licence is essential.

  • Want to be rewarded for the good work you do? Apply now to learn more about the applicable hourly rate and allowances.

  • Looking for a company that places people at the heart of everything? Our Living Safely culture ensures that we care for ourselves, each other and the communities that we work in.

  • Keen to progress your career? We invest in our people's career development and provide pathways in the form of apprenticeships, traineeships, or certificate(s) opportunities. If additional tickets and licenses are required, we can help with that too.

  • Never worked in our industry before? We open new doors for people with transferable skills and experiences, helping them to thrive in the world of infrastructure construction. Where applicable, we provide training and support to help you succeed in the role.

  • Looking to enhance your wellbeing? We offer benefits, including corporate health and fitness programs, health insurance discounts, personal banking support, a range of retailer discounts, and access to our Employee Assistance Program (including your immediate family).

  • Want to help us better the communities we live and work in? Our purpose of creating, connecting, and caring for communities is more than a saying to us - it's a way of thinking, working, and living because we're locals too, and seek to give back in ways that strengthen and build resilient communities.

Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL. Respect, Energy and Effort, Attitude and Leadership are what we stand for at Fulton Hogan and encourage us to foster a diverse and inclusive culture where we listen to, care for, celebrate, and respect everyone.

If our REAL values resonate with you, please submit an application for the position.

If you're not sure that you meet 100% of the selection criteria, that's okay, we would still like to hear from you and potentially discuss how your skills could be utilised at Fulton Hogan.
