What You'll Be Doing

  • Greet customers, manage bookings and follow through without fail
  • Handle quoting, invoicing and parts - and make sure every job keeps moving
  • Keep communication sharp across the team – tradesman, suppliers and management included
  • Keep the system tight: parts, payments, paperwork and POs
  • Deliver service that makes customers say, "I'm never going anywhere else"
  • Keep your space and your standards - clean, clear and high
