Skillforce Recruitment is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Perth team.

This is an opportunity for a high-performing consultant ready to take ownership of their desk, drive client partnerships, and play a key role in growing a leading, WA-based recruitment brand.

As a senior member of the team, you'll manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates while mentoring junior consultants, contributing to business development strategies, and helping shape the direction of your division.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from client brief to successful placement
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships across key industry sectors
  • Driving new business opportunities through proactive engagement and account expansion
  • Mentoring and supporting junior consultants, contributing to a high-performance culture
  • Delivering market insights, workforce solutions, and strategic advice to clients
  • Using your commercial acumen to maximise revenue and profitability on your desk
  • Collaborating with leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve processes

What You Bring

  • Proven success as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant, ideally within the trades, construction, or technical sectors
  • A strong record of business development and client retention
  • Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to work autonomously
  • High-level communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in using recruitment CRMs, job boards, and sourcing platforms
