Trainer & Assessor

About the Role

Based in Perth's south-east, this full-time role offers plenty of variety, autonomy, and hands-on work. You'll deliver engaging training and assessments for both new and experienced operators while partnering closely with the operations team to lift capability, strengthen compliance, and drive continual improvement across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Training, assessing and mentoring drivers to uphold top-tier safety and operational standards
• Developing practical, high-quality training materials and coaching resources
• Conducting compliance checks and supporting internal audit requirements
• Working with operations to ensure training aligns with business needs
• Fostering teamwork, open communication and a strong safety culture

What You'll Bring

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (WHS qualification a bonus)
• MC licence with solid hands-on driving experience
• Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills
• A proactive, people-focused approach and genuine passion for driver development
