We are on the hunt for a skilled and experienced Draftsperson or Revit Modeller to join our growing team. This full-time role is ideal for a senior or highly experienced professional with a strong background in residential drafting and Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive, high-quality construction documentation
  • Conduct on-site home measures and site assessments
  • Liaise with project partners and maintain proactive team communication
  • Respond to drawing information requests
  • Coordinate effectively with other consultant drawings

About You:

  • Certificate IV in Residential Building Drafting (or equivalent minimum qualification)
  • 3–5 years of experience in residential drafting
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong understanding of construction methods
  • Customer-focused mindset and a belief that client satisfaction is key
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work and drawings
  • A current and valid driver's licence
  • Permanent Residency in Australia

Role Purpose

The Revit Modeller / Draftsperson plays a key technical role in producing high-quality documentation for planning and building approval, coordinating consultants, and ensuring all technical aspects of the project are accurate, compliant, and clearly communicated to all parties involved.
