Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming conceptual designs into technical drawings and documentation, ensuring seamless communication between design, engineering, and construction teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, combining creativity with technical precision to support our diverse portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
  • Collaborate with engineers to refine designs and address technical requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Revise drawings based on client feedback, site inspections, or project modifications.
  • Assist in preparing material specifications, schedules, and construction documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in architectural drafting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or 3D modeling software.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
