The BoardRoom Group is a leading provider of corporate services in the Asia-Pacific region, managing over 7,300 clients across Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and China.

  • Employee Plan Administration

We're currently recruiting Client Services Associates to support our delivery of exceptional service across two key areas: Employee Share Plans (Permanent Position) and Unlisted Fund Services (Fixed Term Contract).

About the Role

As a Client Services Associate, you'll be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks—from managing transactions, reporting, and reconciliations to handling investor communications, compliance checks, and client queries.

A strong background in customer service is essential. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, so your ability to communicate clearly, resolve issues efficiently, and build trusted relationships will be key to your success in this role.

Whether you're supporting employee share plan participants or working with unlisted investment schemes, your work will help ensure smooth operations and outstanding client experiences.
