Keystone Wealth is a financial planning firm specialising in wealth creation, superannuation, risk protection, retirement planning, taxation planning, estate planning, business advice and debt management.
With offices located in Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, we have a service offering extending across Australia. This role will be based in our Sydney CBD office.
We base our advice on what is most important to our clients. This provides the foundation for quality and comprehensive advice that ultimately helps our clients to secure their financial and lifestyle objectives.
Your new role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Service and Implementation Team Leader to join our financial planning firm. This is a great opportunity to be working with a motivated client services team and supporting our advisers.
Role Responsibilities:
- Preparing and maintaining client records, files and correspondence including managing inboxes.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Supporting a team of 12 Advisers.
- Experience with Xplan preferred.
- Strong attention to detail is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Liaising with investment platforms and life insurance providers.
- Working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm with the possibility of WFH 1 day a week after probation.
