Talent Connect is partnering with a leading share registry and corporate services provider to recruit an experienced Senior Client Services Associate within their Unlisted Fund Services division.

In this role, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day administration of unlisted investment schemes, including property funds and bonds, ensuring all deliverables are met within strict service level agreements. Acting as a key client contact, you'll manage complex queries, support process improvement initiatives, and mentor junior team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong operational experience in funds administration who enjoys a blend of client interaction, technical accuracy, and leadership responsibility.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage daily registry operations, transactions, reconciliations and reporting
  • Act as a primary client contact, handling escalations and service queries
  • Mentor and support junior associates, fostering a collaborative team culture
  • Ensure compliance with AML/CTF and regulatory standards
  • Identify and implement workflow and process improvements

About you:

  • Experience in share registry, funds management or financial services operations
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and systems proficiency
  • Strong customer focus with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
