With continued national growth and investment, they're now seeking a Service Centre Estimator to support a busy service and repair division, ensuring every quote and job is completed with accuracy and professionalism.


About the Role

Reporting to the Service Operations Manager – South, this role sits at the centre of service operations connecting technicians, schedulers, and finance.

You'll prepare repair quotations, process purchase orders, and ensure jobs are invoiced accurately and promptly. It's a detail-focused, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys variety, structure, and coordination.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate service and repair quotes for low–medium value jobs
  • Liaise with technicians, coordinators, and customers to confirm job details
  • Raise and process purchase orders for materials and components
  • Track job progress (WIP), update systems, and finalise invoices
  • Maintain clear communication across customers, stores, and finance
  • Use ERP/service systems such as AroFlo or SAP Business One to manage workflow

About You

  • Background in service estimating, quoting, or coordination (ideally in equipment, mechanical, or industrial service environments)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communication with technicians, customers, and schedulers
  • Comfortable using ERP or job management platforms (AroFlo, SAP, Pronto, etc.)
  • Proactive and calm under pressure, with a focus on follow-through and accuracy
