We are partnering with a
Queensland Government department
undertaking a significant transformation project to uplift their information management capability. This initiative involves delivering a contemporary
Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution
to replace legacy systems that currently support document, records, and correspondence management.
We are seeking a
Deployment Support Analyst
to play a hands-on role in the implementation of this critical solution, ensuring seamless transition into operational environments with minimal disruption to business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment outcomes.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee deployment activities including resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking.
- Act as the main point of contact for nominated business areas, engaging effectively with stakeholders and providing clear updates.
- Address challenges, make informed decisions, and implement effective solutions under tight deadlines.
- Ensure all deployment activities align with organisational standards and quality objectives.
- Oversee the transition to operational teams, providing post-deployment support and stability.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- 5+ years' experience as a Deployment Lead (or in a similar role) within large, complex organisations.
- Strong project planning and organisational skills, with proven experience managing deployment projects.
- Solid understanding of systems, software, and deployment methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and resolve conflicts.
- Proven ability to identify risks, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions under pressure.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve deployment objectives.
- Knowledge of and experience working in an
Agile delivery environment
.
Highly desirable:
- Previous experience working within Transport and Main Roads or a similar regulatory environment.
- Experience delivering projects in correspondence, electronic document, and records management.
