We're a boutique custom home builder based in Perth's northern suburbs looking for a part-time Accounts Officer to take charge of key financial processes.

This role is 2 days per week (with school hours available), making it ideal for someone seeking flexibility while still making a real impact.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for ensuring all accounts processes run smoothly and on time. This means accuracy, structure, and an eye for detail will be key.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Entering and reconciling weekly and monthly invoices
  • Matching purchase orders with supplier invoices
  • Reconciling credit card statements and resolving discrepancies

What You'll Bring
  • Sound understanding of 30-day accounts processes, including invoicing, PO reconciliation, and account tracking
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in a construction or trade-based business (highly regarded)
  • A proactive, reliable, and positive approach – someone who can work independently while supporting the team
