Business Development Manager – QLD

Asset Rental Group (ARG) is a fast-growing Rent-to-Buy solution provider specialising in helping brokers and their clients secure commercial vehicles when traditional options fall short.
We partner closely with brokers to deliver flexible Rent-to-Buy solutions for clients who need vehicles to grow their businesses, from start-ups with brand-new ABNs to clients facing credit challenges and everything in between.
The OpportunityWe're looking for an additional sales professional to join our growing QLD team as a Business Development Manager (BDM).
This is an exciting role for a sales-driven, motivated, and energetic individual who wants to build strong relationships with brokers, educate them on our unique Rent-to-Buy solutions, and drive new business growth across the state.
Product knowledge can be taught, what we value most is attitude, drive, and the hunger to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing- Building and nurturing broker relationships across QLD
- Promoting ARG's Rent-to-Buy commercial vehicle solutions to brokers
- Helping brokers identify opportunities where ARG can assist when others say no
- Driving new business growth by unlocking deals that traditional providers can't approve
- Representing ARG at events, meetings, and networking functions to grow our market presence
- Proven success in sales or business development, experience in asset finance or broker channels is highly preferred but not essential
- A results-driven mindset and passion for achieving targets
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with brokers and clients
