Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Junior Business Development Manager to join our company. In this role, you will focus on making sales for potential partners in Brisbane, helping to drive business growth through our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential retail partners in Brisbane to initiate meaningful conversations.
  • Schedule face-to-face meetings for our Sales Director to explore new business opportunities.
  • Track and monitor your appointment-setting metrics to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with a spirited team to brainstorm and implement innovative strategies.
  • Utilise our AI tools and CRM platform to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Share insights and success stories with management regularly to contribute to team growth.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a hospitality setting involving restaurant or takeaway sales.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Exemplar IT skills, you'll be on the road so you need to have your workspace tech-savvy and full remote working enabled.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
