About the business
SSA is Victoria's leading septic system installation business, installing more than 200 residential and commercial systems each year. Working with businesses, builders and home owners, we pride ourselves on having a trustworthy and knowledgeable reputation in the industry. We are looking for a passionate and organised team member with a great attitude to join us, and grow with our team.
About the role
This is a key, full-time sales support role in our installation team, which will:
• Answer and handle calls for the Installation team, and add calls to the Call register and new Enquiry register.
• Ensure all new opportunities are qualified and funnelled to the correct person and Sales reps are supported,
• Follow up existing quotations on Capsule and clean up the database,
• Vet/qualify new leads and opportunities (especially website enquiries) and funnel down appropriate channels,
• Participate in out-bound sales activities (eg monitoring council websites, driving activities with SSA service and installation technician etc.)
• Add/Update new leads to Capsule (including contact details, tags and raising opportunities as required),
• Provide sales support for Business Development team members (residential and commercial),
• Develop, send and follow up quotes,
• Create and send quotes/price ranges for 'Pre-Property' and 'Budgeting' opportunities,
• Prepare documentation and reports for weekly install sales meetings, including agendas and minutes,
• Support the team in marketing activities to help grow the installation business,
• Support all teams/team members as required.

• Strong sales and administration record
• Highly organised with an acute attention to detail
• Exceptional customer communication skills – written and verbal
• Confidence in dealing with all types of stakeholders
• Strong computer skills
