About the Role

We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our Central Contact Centre, located in Eastwood. Whether you are seeking full-time, part-time or casual work, we offer flexibility to suit your lifestyle and commitments.

As a Contact Centre Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and referrers providing a professional and compassionate service while booking medical imaging appointments. No two days are the same in this fast-paced environment where your communication skills and care will have a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing a warm, helpful first point of contact over the phone
  • Scheduling a range of medical imaging appointments with care and efficiency
  • Handling enquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Supporting patients and referrers with clear information and timely service
  • Collaborating closely with team members and other departments

What You Can Expect

  • Rotating weekday shifts between 7:30 am – 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday), with part time options available from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.
  • One Saturday shift per month (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) with applicable overtime rates.
