**About the role**

Ventia (through Skout Solutions) has a requirement for a Contact Centre Agent to join their team. You'll be responsible for undertaking inbound and outbound call resolution, monitoring work order time frames, and following up on any escalating priority issues. This is a full-time role offering a 12 month contract and temp to perm opportunity.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Call centre/Trade background
- eg. allocating jobs to contractors, preventative maintenance works
- Availability Monday - Friday (8am start time)
- A great team player who is highly motivated and strives to achieve individual and group results
- An ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with the following programs (or ability to learn)
- SharePoint
- TEAMS
- PowerPoint
- Excel
- MS Office Suite
- A motivated and positive attitude
