We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen and elevate one of the South West's favourite venues.
You'll be steering a tight team through busy services, crafting seasonal menus, and driving consistency, creativity, and cost control.
Who are we:
Open Wed-Sun, Amelia Park Lodge is a well established, family-friendly venue.
We're proud of our reputation for quality food, relaxed hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere.
The Lodge is home to a busy Tavern, a weekend Cocktail Bar, a Guesthouse and a variety of event spaces.
What we're after:
- Proven leadership in a high-volume pub or restaurant
(At least 3 years of relevant experience) - Creative flair and pride in presentation
- Strong understanding of food costs and kitchen systems
- Effective planning, prioritisation and decision making skills
- Calm under pressure, motivated, and team-focused
