About the role

We are seeking a part-time Accounts and Administration Officer to join our team at Greenlane International Pty. Ltd. in Cooroy, QLD. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing efficient and reliable administrative support to our growing office, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing incoming correspondence.
  • Maintaining and updating all research and development programs.
  • Looking after the companies food health and safety accreditations.
  • Scheduling of daily and weekly movements to all domestic and international clients.
  • Providing supportive documentations for these transactions.
  • Data entry for all accounting requirements
  • Weekly and monthly financials
  • Documentation Management.

What we're looking for

  • A candidate with tertiary education qualifications that fit the oppotunity.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (M Y O B , Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
