Canberra, ACT, Australia Compas Pty Ltd Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Compas is seeking a Solution Engineer to join a Federal Government Department for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will support Engineering Assurance process by presenting the project documents, solutions, options, briefs and engineering decisions to the decision makers.

  • Initial 12 month contract
  • NV1 Clearance or above
  • Canberra only

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop Systems Engineering Designs documents and repeatable design patterns to support ICT projects.
  • Research, present and participate in solution options development activities.
  • Provide technical leadership and SME knowledge to meet the desired business outcomes.
  • Deliver technical briefs, design decisions, Solutions Engineering documents, presentations and reports as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Skills in M365, D365, power apps
  • Hands on expertise and design skills in Multiple cloud technologies – Google, Azure, AWS
  • Skills in enterprise ICT security architecture and related security technologies
  • Experience facilitating technical workshops.
  • Extensive experience of systems engineering design development in various ICT domains
