Compas is seeking multiple Solution Architects to join a Federal Government Department for a long-term engagement. 

  • Initial 12 month contract
  • NV1 Clearance or above
  • Canberra only

The ideal candidates will have deep expertise in at least one:

  • Data / AI (including LLM) / Analytics architecture and design
  • Cyber Security Architecture - Data Centric Security (DCS) and Zero Trust SME architecture and design
  • Cloud and infrastructure solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware, Nutanix) architecture and design

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Writing and aligning Enterprise, Solution and if required detailed Engineering design artefacts – e.g SoS Solution Architecture development
  • Engineering Assurance advice (Specialist Advisor)
  • partner interoperability planning and solution development
  • Contributing to design artefact development for multiple disciplines and overarching assurance activities.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Application hosting and modernisation architecture and design
  • Multi-cloud solutions architecture and design
  • ICAM architecture and design
  • Agile practices, DevSecOps practices
  • Monitoring and Control (M&C) architecture and design
