GRC Analysts, Security Engineer, IAM Engineers and Solution Architect

Our Client is seeking above-the-line contractors to progress projects or support business areas, in accordance with the priorities of its Engineering Branches.

These opportunities close on 12/9/2025 @ 12pm (midday).

4 x Cyber GRC Analysts – NV1 – SCTY 5 (up to $165 per hour)

NV1 security clearance is required at application.

• Cyber Governance Risk and Compliance Analysts will work alongside project teams, Engineers, Solution Architects and systems integrators to analyse and document cyber security risks.
• They will be responsible for developing and delivering Security Documentation Packs (e.g. Systems Security Plans, Continuous Monitoring Plan, Incident Response Plans, and Security Risk Management Plans) to support the achievement of Authority to Operate (ATO) in consultation with the relevant assurance body.
• Ensure alignment with the relevant security publications and frameworks such as the ISM, Essential 8 and the Security Principles Framework.
• Risk Management including identifying, assessing, and mitigating cyber security risks through methods like threat modelling and vulnerability assessments.
• Assessing the security posture of third-party vendors and ensuring they meet the organisation's security requirements.
• Manage the ATO-C/ATO process, including consultation to ensure compliance with all assurance and governance requirements identified.
• Internal and external stakeholder management in support of achieving ATO-C/ATO.

Desirable skills/qualifications:

Information/cyber security and cloud qualifications are highly desirable and/or 5 years minimum experience:

• CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, Security+
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Identity and Access Administrator Associate
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional), AWS Certified Security – Specialty
• Google Cloud Professional

1 x Cyber Security Engineer/Architect (Security Logging and Monitoring) – NV1 (up to $165 per hour)

NV1 security clearance is required at application.

• Cyber Security Architects will work alongside project teams, Engineers, Solution Architects and systems integrators to lead/influence security components of solution designs.
• Provide practical advice and guidance on secure systems design and implementation to enable delivery of architectural patterns, diagrams and design documents.
• Verify that existing and planned solution components are compatible with Our Client's architectures, patterns, frameworks, standards and practices.
• Evaluate and assure solution architecture documentation, including resources required by the Cyber Security Assessment & Authorisation Framework.
• Have deep understanding of secure-by-design and secure-by-default methods and cyber security best practices, along with proven experience in applying these methods and practices to ICT systems.
• Have a deep understanding and practical experience with the Information Security Manual, Secure Cloud blueprints, and system hardening guidance.

Desirable skills/qualifications:

• Experience in DevSecOps systems development.

Qualifications on Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform are highly desirable and/or 5 years minimum experience:

• Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Cybersecurity Architect Expert
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional), AWS Certified Security – Specialty
• Google Cloud Professional
• ISSAP Security Architecture, CISSP, CCSP

2 x Identity and Access Management Engineers and Solution Architect – NV1 – ARCH 5/6 or IAMT 5/6 (up to $165 per hour for IAM, up[ to $185 per hour for Architect)

NV1 security clearance is required at application.

• Our Client is seeking highly experienced and technical Identity and Access Engineers and Solutions Architects to work in the Cyber Engineering team.
• They will work alongside project teams, other engineers and solution architects, and systems integrators to design, build and assure identity and access management solutions for Entra ID, Active Directory and other enterprise IAM solutions.
• Prepare System Engineering Description (SED) and other design documents.
• Conduct detailed review of design documentation prepared by System Integrators and platform sustainers.
• Design and deploy Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions with cloud-based applications.
• Design and deploy PIM/PAM solutions for managing IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
• Support the strategic transition from legacy identity platforms to modern, cloud-native solutions.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Kerberos and SAML.
• Strong understanding of identity concepts including SSO, B2B/B2C federation, and lifecycle management.
• Mentor Cyber Engineers.

Desirable skills/qualifications:

• Hands-on expertise with Entra ID, Azure AD.
• Active Directory experience – Domain Controller Migration experience.
• Experience working effectively within large enterprise environments with complex identity structures.
