Seeking a Reliable Receptionist with a Passion for Customer Service

Job Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and address inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate staff members
  • Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks with precision
  • Assist with billing and insurance claims processes
Requirements:
  • No previous experience required We're looking for candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using office software and computer systems
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
