About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at the Greenbank Pet, Pool & Hardware store in Greenbank, Queensland. This is a Part time position is offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the overall store operations.
What you'll be doing
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Process sales transactions
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and organisation
- Restock and replenish shelves as needed
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting your colleagues
What we're looking for
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude is a must
- Basic product knowledge or the willingness to learn about our product range
- The ability to prioritize and manage workload
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work weekdays or weekend- please send us your availability upon applying
