About the role

We're looking for passionate and driven Casual Sales Assistants to join our team across both the Brisbane DFO & Jindalee stores. As a Casual Sales Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This is a casual position, providing flexibility around your availability and lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing outstanding customer service and assistance
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy and visually appealing store environment
  • Efficiently handling sales transactions and cash handling duties
  • Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory management
  • Promoting and selling our premium athletic apparel and accessories
  • Supporting the store manager in daily operations and administrative tasks

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for health, fitness and active lifestyles
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • A positive, energetic and team-oriented attitude
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
