We are seeking a professional and reliable full time Receptionist to join our team at our Robina office.

As the first point of contact for clients and callers, this role is critical in representing the Sonto brand with warmth, confidence, and professionalism. You'll play a key part in supporting our team and ensuring a clients and stakeholders are getting the right information every time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls as the first point of contact and directing enquiries and booking requests with a solutions-focused approach
  • Making outbound calls to clients regarding scheduling or rescheduling appointments, including liaison with tenants and property managers
  • Confirming bookings using our SMS booking system
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Entering internal sales orders into our Project Management Platform (PMP)
  • Assisting with invoice queries and general client communication
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of internal systems and processes

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally within the construction industry
  • A professional and friendly phone manner, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
  • Experience in managing shared or general email inboxes, including prioritisation and delegation
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to assist where needed
  • A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
