Contract Bookkeeper
to join our friendly and fast-paced team at
FinanceCorp
— a well-established mortgage and finance brokerage helping clients all across Australia.

About the Role

This is a
contract / ABN-based position
, perfect for someone who enjoys flexible, project-based work while still being part of a supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing bookkeeping using
    Xero
    (experience essential)
  • Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Preparing BAS, payroll, and bank reconciliations
  • Providing financial reports and insights as required
  • Ensuring compliance with ATO deadlines and requirements

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you're:

  • Experienced and confident using
    Xero
    (this is a must)
  • BAS registered (or working toward registration preferred)
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload
  • Accurate, organised, and deadline-driven
  • Great at communicating and working collaboratively with a team
  • Proactive — the type who spots and solves issues before they become problems
