Here's What You'll Be Doing (and Learning)

We'll train you from the ground up to build confidence in:

  • Accounts Payable – processing supplier invoices, verifying details, and helping schedule payments
  • Accounts Receivable – creating and following up customer invoices, managing reconciliations
  • Payroll Support – collecting timesheets, prepping super and leave entries
  • Bank Reconciliation & Admin – managing day-to-day data entry and matching transactions
  • Junior Accounting – working with journals, assisting with monthly reporting, and learning how to use Xero properly
  • Service Administration Support (Ad-hoc): Provide assistance to the Service Administration team during peak periods as required.

What You'll Need

You don't have to be perfect. You just need:

  • Some study in accounting, business, or payroll (TAFE or uni — both welcome)
  • An interest in how money flows through a business
  • Attention to detail, common sense, and a calm approach to deadlines
  • A willingness to speak up, take ownership, and ask questions
  • Some Excel basics — if you've touched Xero or MYOB, even better
  • Team Collaboration: Be flexible and adaptable, stepping in to support other areas of the business when needed.
  • Dynamic Approach: Contribute to a culture where every team member is willing to help ensure smooth operations and reach a common goal.
  • Be able to commit to full time hours and work from our Cockburn Central office.
