Bell Potter Securities Limited is a market leading financial advisory and stockbroking firm that is a part of the listed Bell Financial Group (ASX:BFG). We offer high-quality professional advice to corporate, institutional and private clients across Australia.

We are on the lookout for a talented and dedicated Paraplanner to join our Technical Financial Advice team. In this front-line role, you will work closely with stockbrokers and their clients, reporting directly to the Head of Technical Financial Advice. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing paraplanning support by preparing and developing strategic Statements of Advice that meet compliance and quality standards
  • Conducting research on products, strategies, and technical issues for stockbrokers and clients
  • Identifying and resolving superannuation administrative matters that require technical expertise and creative problem-solving
  • Following up on technical and administrative superannuation and financial planning matters with clients, their accountants, stockbrokers, and administrative departments
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with internal teams to streamline administration and enhance collaboration.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A qualification in financial planning, superannuation, or a related discipline is highly regarded
  • Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF) experience
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
