Overview
An exciting opportunity to develop your career as a Paraplanner providing support and strategic advice to Advisors, Partners and Clients in the Perpetual Wealth Management business.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Advisers, Partners, Associate Advisers & other in-house specialists to formulate advice & investment strategies that provide optimal client outcomes.
Generate tailored advice documents (SOAs and ROAs) within agreed time frames & service standards.
Meet individual quality and productivity targets.
Prepare financial calculations, modelling and detailed cash flow analysis.
Proactively seek opportunities to create administrative efficiencies & improve internal tools and templates.
Contribute to effective risk and compliance management through ensuring appropriate measures, controls and activities are taken to fulfil corporate and regulatory compliance.
About you / Qualifications
DFP or equivalent.
Minimum 1-3 years paraplanning experience.
Previous experience with XPLAN financial planning software.
Experience in the preparation of investment & strategic reviews including, superannuation consolidation, retirement, personal insurance, structures, taxation, income streams & cash flow modelling desirable.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail
