We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our team.
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity to develop your career as a Paraplanner providing support and strategic advice to Advisors, Partners and Clients in our business.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Advisers, Partners, Associate Advisers & other specialists to formulate advice & investment strategies that provide optimal client outcomes.
- Generate tailored advice documents (SOAs and ROAs) within agreed time frames & service standards.
- Meet individual quality and productivity targets.
- Prepare financial calculations, modelling and detailed cash flow analysis.
- Proactively seek opportunities to create administrative efficiencies & improve internal tools and templates.
- Contribute to effective risk and compliance management through ensuring appropriate measures, controls and activities are taken to fulfil corporate and regulatory compliance.
- Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years paraplanning experience.
- Previous experience with XPLAN financial planning software.
- Experience in the preparation of investment & strategic reviews including superannuation consolidation, retirement, personal insurance, structures, taxation, income streams & cash flow modelling desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
