Based in our Brisbane Oxley office is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional to work in a fast-paced environment where you'll be involved in both day-to-day operations and exciting projects.

The Role

Reporting to the IT Manager, this hands-on & diverse role will see you providing down-to-earth IT support across our national business. You'll join a supportive team with opportunities for professional growth and career development.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing technical support for hardware, software and network issues.
  • Supporting user onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintaining and updating IT documentation and asset records.
  • Assisting with deployment and updates for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Exchange email systems.
  • Managing user accounts, permissions and security settings within Microsoft 365.
  • Supporting API integrations and third-party software.
  • Managing and triaging daily help desk calls/e-mails from across the group.
  • Assisting with IT projects and implementations.
  • Running user training sessions and creating instructional materials.

About You

  • Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
  • Understanding of Office 365 administration
  • Exposure to Azure (App registration, 2FA, domains, DKIM) and security risk management.
  • Familiarity with networking, backups, and firewalls.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
  • Relevant IT qualifications
  • Ability to pass a medical & regular drug & alcohol testing
  • Current driver's licence.
