About the role:

We're looking for a proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to take ownership of our company-wide training initiatives. You'll design and deliver programs that support leadership growth, customer service excellence, WHS and compliance, and onboarding for new team members.

Taking a "train the trainer" approach, you'll empower our leaders and subject matter experts to deliver consistent, high-quality training across all branches. You'll also manage and grow our learning platform, ActionHRM, to ensure training is accessible, engaging, and effective.

The key responsibilities of the role include, but are definitely not limited to:

  • Design, develop, and document operational, behavioural, systems, safety, and compliance training.
  • Lead the rollout of Bayset's Customer Service Promises and Emerging Leaders programs.
  • Coordinate and maintain ongoing leadership training.
  • Work with key stakeholders to manage external training opportunities for the team.
  • Create and update WHS and compliance modules aligned with legislation and company policy.
  • Implement and refine a structured national onboarding program.
  • Manage ActionHRM eLearning content and reporting.
  • Monitor training outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.

About you:

You have proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, or capability development in a multi-site business. You're confident in creating engaging content, running training sessions, and supporting leaders to deliver training effectively.

You will also bring:

  • Certificate IV or higher in Training & Assessment, Learning & Development, or HR.
  • Knowledge of WHS legislation and safety training.
  • Experience with eLearning tools and digital delivery methods.
  • Strong written communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A positive attitude a desire to work within a high-performance team to achieve both your personal and our Company goals.
