The Safety, Health and Wellbeing team are responsible for the health, safety and wellbeing of all employees, children and all stakeholders with Goodstart.

The Learning Engagement and Support Lead supports Goodstart Learning Team leads to ensure the

delivery of high-quality learning programs and initiatives for all Goodstarters.

Strong organisational, coordination and administrative skills are used to ensure Goodstarters' access to programs, they are knowledgeable of all elements of the learning experience, attendances are tracked and recorded, and key stakeholders are informed.

Learning Engagement and Support Leads are also expected to contribute in an agile way to a range of learning and development activities across the learning function, and to seek to continuously develop themselves as learning and development professionals.

**Your Impact**:
To be responsible for the coordination and administration of programmes in collaboration with the Learning Team Leads.
Support the Learning Team Leads by moderating and facilitating virtual workshops, recording participant attendance / feedback.
Analyse data trends and insights of learning experiences and follow up communication with key stakeholders.
Engage with participants prior, during and following their learning experience to answer any queries.
Issue, review, upload, and manage content and events in all learning interfaces and tools; including but not limited to Teams Classrooms, LMS, Zoom and Sharepoint.
Create reports on learning programs for the Goodstart Leadership Team.
Respond to inquiries regarding professional learning programs, planners and technical support.

**You'll bring to the table**:
Have gained excellent experience within a similar role, coordinating programs and initiatives.
Virtual workshop experience using Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Have advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills.
