About the Role
We are looking for experienced and qualified Trainers and Assessors to deliver:
• Certificate II in Construction Pathways, and/or
• White Card training
In this role, you will:
• Teach, facilitate learning and assess students
• Mentor and inspire learners to achieve their goals
• Ensure training is delivered in line with industry and training package requirements
This is a casual, ongoing position with opportunities to make a real impact.
About You
You are a motivated and professional trainer who:
• Lives our values of Inclusion, Integrity, and Innovation
• Builds respectful and positive connections with students and colleagues
• Brings a balance of professional expertise and a friendly, approachable style
• Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or higher) – essential for both Certificate II and White Card training
For CPC20220 Certificate II in Construction Pathways
• Relevant vocational qualification in Carpentry or another Building & Construction trade
• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent)
• Extensive experience as a qualified tradesperson in the construction industry
• Proven experience in delivering and assessing vocational training
• Competency in:
o CPCCWHS2001 – Apply WHS requirements, policies and procedures in the construction industry
For White Card Training
• White Card and Statement of Attainment CPCWHS1001 (or equivalent)
• At least 1 year of experience delivering White Card courses in NSW
• Current approval/competency requirements as per NSW SafeWork standards
Atwea College requires:
• Valid NSW Working With Children Check and current National Criminal
• Police Record Check prior to the commencement of employment.
• Drivers Licence.
