Swimming Pool Labourer Wanted – Join Our Team

Sassella Pools are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Swimming Pool Labourer to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in physical work, and want to be part of building high-quality pools, we want to hear from you

Location: Newcastle and Hunter valley (based at Carrington)

Job Type: Casual - With Full Time options after probation period and assessment.

Pay Rate: Based on experience) O/T paid

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the construction and installation of fibreglass swimming pools
  • Perform manual labour including digging, mixing, and carrying materials
  • Operate basic tools and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work site
  • Support experienced tradespeople as needed
  • MR/HR License desireable

Requirements:

  • Previous labouring experience (preferably in construction or landscaping)
  • Minimum of 6 months previous labouring experience required
  • 6:30am -3pm
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual work
  • Punctual, reliable, and a strong work ethic
  • White Card (or willingness to obtain one)
  • White Card must be held at time of application
  • Driver's license and own transport needed
  • MR licence required
  • Ability to operate mini loader/kanga ideal but not essential
  • Excavator ticket/experience desirable.
