Pathways Early Intervention is an in-clinic and mobile early intervention service, providing high-quality ABA therapy and behaviour support for children and their families.
Our programs are person-centred, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in compassion and evidence.
We're growing - and we're looking for fun, caring, and enthusiastic Therapy Assistants to join our team across the Newcastle, Hunter Valley, and Central Coast regions
Whether you're an experienced therapist or just starting your career, we'd love to hear from you. University students currently studying in Education, Psychology, Speech Pathology, or Occupational Therapy are warmly encouraged to apply This is a brilliant opportunity to build your skills as you study, work with a highly skilled and supportive clinical team, and make a meaningful difference for children and their families.
As a Therapy Assistant, you'll work closely with our Certified Behaviour Analysts, to deliver evidence-informed programs that help children learn, grow, and thrive. You'll receive comprehensive initial and ongoing training, regular supervision, and opportunities for professional development and career progression.
The right candidate will bring:
A warm, engaging, and playful approach with children
An openness to feedback and learning
A strong work ethic and reliability
Sensitivity and understanding of the needs of children and families
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Mandatory Child Protection Training (we can guide you to the right course)
- Driver's licence and own car
- Completion (or willingness to complete) an introductory ABA course
- Working towards or holding a relevant qualification (ABA, Education, Psychology, OT, Speech Pathology)
