Right Crew Services is a fast-growing property maintenance company providing high-quality repair, maintenance, and inspection services across Melbourne's South East. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable service, strong communication, and efficient job management for our clients.

We are now seeking a motivated Maintenance Service Coordinator to join our expanding operations team.

About the Role

The Maintenance Service Coordinator is responsible for managing the full workflow of maintenance jobs starting from inspection, through quoting and scheduling, to invoicing. You will play a key role in reviewing inspection reports, preparing accurate quotes, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring clients receive timely updates and invoices.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and confident in administration and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify maintenance inspection reports
  • Prepare and arrange quotes based on inspection findings
  • Check quotes for accuracy, pricing, and scope
  • Liaise with the Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager regarding materials and job requirements
  • Coordinate job scheduling and follow up on outstanding inspections or quotes
  • Maintain organised job records in the RCS system
  • Generate invoices and follow up overdue accounts
  • Communicate professionally with clients, technicians, and internal teams
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations team
