Now Hiring: Full-Time Team Leader / Front Counter Supervisor

Mancini's Restaurant – Busy, Family-Owned Italian Restaurant

Are you a confident, reliable, and customer-focused leader ready to step up in a fast-paced hospitality environment? Mancini's Restaurant is looking for an experienced Team Leader / Front Counter Supervisor to join our team full-time and grow with us long-term.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and support a busy front-of-house team in a high-volume restaurant
  • Handle customer orders via phone and in person with professionalism and efficiency
  • Operate our POS system and process payments via EFTPOS and cash
  • Manage front counter operations during busy service periods
  • Create weekly staff rosters and coordinate team scheduling
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered
  • Assist with training new team members
  • Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming front counter environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar team leader or supervisory role in hospitality
  • Confident using POS systems, handling EFTPOS and cash transactions
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A commitment to long-term employment and being a reliable part of our team
  • Weekend availability is essential
