**Experienced Customer Service Team Leader Wanted - Full-Time | Mancini’s Restaurant**

**Mancini’s**, a busy and well-established restaurant, is looking for an **Experienced Team Leader** to join our front-of-house team. This is a **full-time position** with **competitive pay** and the opportunity to work in a supportive and energetic team.

**About the Role**:
As our Team Leader, you will:

- Supervise the **front counter and customer service operations**:

- **Take and manage orders** accurately and efficiently
- Handle **staff rostering and shift management**:

- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- Ensure smooth daily operations, especially during peak periods
- Work closely with management to drive team performance

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven **experience in a team leader or supervisor role**, preferably in hospitality or customer service
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Hands-on, proactive approach to managing staff and customer interactions
- Must be available to work **weekends and full-time hours**:

- **Commitment to a long-term role** - we’re looking for someone to grow with us
