About the Role
We're looking for a Level 3 Engineer who brings energy, warmth, and a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
You'll be the go-to technical expert in our Service Desk team – solving complex challenges, driving innovation, and mentoring others to grow.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Taking ownership of high-impact, complex technical issues
- Designing and implementing advanced system architectures
- Overseeing security administration, virtualisation, integrations & deployments
- Delivering modern cloud solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure & hybrid environments
- Maintaining and improving technical documentation and processes
- Identifying trends and recommending long-term improvements
- Coaching and mentoring Level 1 & 2 technicians to build capability

What You'll Bring
- Advanced troubleshooting across desktops, servers & networks (Windows/Mac/Linux)
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint & Teams
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, routing/switching
- Experience with endpoint security, malware remediation & backup/DR solutions
- Cloud tech skills (Azure, AWS, SaaS) + ITIL understanding
- Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving abilities
Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (required)
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert (required)
- Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty (highly regarded)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (desirable)
- Degree or Diploma in IT (preferred)
