At Intralot we provide the monitoring system and full operational support for the Victorian State Government for all pub and club electronic gaming machines in Victoria.

About the role
To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated and have a passion for customer service. You will be part of our friendly & supportive Service Desk team providing technical support (Don't worry, we will train you) to 500 gaming venues in Victoria. Our aim is to provide a world class experience to our customers through our professional, timely and efficient service standards. Your ability to communicate at all levels and have a can-do attitude is key.
This role currently operates on a 24/7 rotating roster model (morning, afternoon and evening shifts), working 4 days on and 4 days off and is based onsite at our Port Melbourne Office.
Ideally you will have experience in the gaming industry (preferred but not essential) and/or call centre customer support. Alternatively, you might be a recent Graduate or are currently studying IT and/or looking to gain entry level experience in a more technical direction. This role will require you to apply your exceptional customer service skills, newly acquired technical expertise and gaming venue knowledge, to collaborate across our teams to efficiently resolve issues.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in Gaming Venues, Call Centre Support or Service Desk (preferred but not essential)
- Recent Graduate and/or currently studying IT (preferred but not essential)
- Great customer service skills
- Demonstrate solid computer skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Navigate your way through a call centre telephony system, or not shy to learn
- Have or be able to obtain a valid National Police Check
- Have or be able to obtain a valid Gaming Industry Employee License
