Senior Consultant – Corporate Reputation & Brand (Tech & B2B)

Sitting at the intersection of Corporate Reputation & Brand, this is your chance to shape the conversation for some of the world's most ambitious and innovative companies.

Thrive is looking for a sharp-thinking, strategic Senior Consultant (GAD/SAD level) to help lead our growing tech, B2B2C, and corporate portfolio. From unicorn disruptors to global tech giants, you'll guide clients through complex challenges with clarity, confidence and creativity — balancing bold business and brand storytelling with reputation building and risk awareness.

This is a truly integrated comms opportunity spanning earned, owned and shared channels — including corporate comms, media, thought leadership, content, executive profiling, LinkedIn strategy and award entries. You'll work across a mix of global brands including enterprise and consumer tech, with a focus on business impact, storytelling and standout results.

What You'll Do

  • Act as senior counsel:
    Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and guide complex issues with confidence.
  • Drive integrated comms:
    Lead cross-channel strategies across media, content, exec profiling, LinkedIn, awards and reputation building.
  • Build & protect reputation:
    Help clients shape, share and safeguard their stories in ways that cut through and stick.
  • Create powerful content:
    Own high-quality writing and content production across channels — including press materials, op-eds, keynote support, case studies, and campaign narratives.
  • Lead thought leadership:
    Guide strategy and execution across LinkedIn, award submissions, speaker opportunities and insight-led content.
  • Work across sectors:
    From B2C to B2B2C and enterprise, you'll bring insight and nuance to everything from cybersecurity to workplace tech and payment platforms.
  • Collaborate & coach:
    Lead a small, high-performing team and collaborate closely with Thrive's creative, social and studio specialists.
  • Fuel growth:
    Be part of new business pitches, scope expansion and ongoing agency momentum.

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years' experience in PR or integrated comms — agency or in-house
  • Deep experience across tech (consumer and enterprise), B2B2C, B2B and B2C and innovation-led sectors
  • Corporate communications experience with global brands or high-growth unicorns
  • Strong writing, content and narrative development skills — from LinkedIn posts to op-eds and award entries
  • Strategic and calm under pressure — with sound judgment and a future-focused mindset
  • Strong client management and stakeholder influencing skills, including with C-suite leaders
  • A proactive, growth mindset — curious, collaborative and commercially aware
  • Desire to contribute to agency momentum and new business
  • Passion for technology, innovation, culture and the power of communication
