Customer Service Coordinator

Join one of Western Sydney's fastest-growing cold-chain logistics companies. We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to take ownership of customer enquiries, delivery investigations, and service reporting, while supporting the day-to-day workflow of our customer service team.
You'll be the go-to contact for transport and warehouse queries, coordinating communication between customers, drivers, and operations. This is a hands-on role – you'll still jump on phones, enter bookings, and cover reception as needed – but with added responsibility for enquiry resolution, delivery performance reporting, and supporting the smooth running of the team.

Normal Hours of Work:
9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Duties and responsibilities within this role are varied and will include, but not be limited to:
- Respond to telephone calls, manage and prioritizing emails in a shared inbox and enter Customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Processing of client bookings via email.
- Liaise between the customer, the warehouse team and operations team
- Problem solving and complaint resolution
- Learn other functions of other team members to achieve cross training and carry out tasks as required
- Chasing ETA for customers
- Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met.
- Attend to Inbound and outbound customer service calls/ queries
- Provide updates concerning consignment status and Proof of Deliveries.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum two (2) years experience in transport, logistics or warehousing customer service
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and internal teams
- Data entry skills – High level of accuracy
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Team player, able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and professionalism
- Passionate about customer service levels being met
- Have strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- A keen eye for detail along with a high level of accuracy, working to strict deadlines
- Computer knowledge with excellent Excel skills
- Ability to multitask and work toward deadlines
