Are you enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to start your career in customer service/sales?

We're looking for a Junior Trainee in Customer Service to join our friendly team in our hospitality showroom, specialising in crockery, cutlery, and tableware for cafes, restaurants, and other food service environments.

What you'll do:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers in-store, over the phone and via email
  • Learn product details and provide helpful advice
  • Support the team members with customer sales and general duties
  • Help maintain showroom displays and stock presentation

What we're looking for:

  • A positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Punctuality is essential in this role
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
