At Hear-Clear Australia, we are seeking an experienced Part-time Receptionist to join our hearing Clinic in Penrith, NSW. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

About the Role

As a Part-time Receptionist, you will be working at our Penrith clinic, 2-4 days a week 9-4pm. May have to travel to head office Dural clinic if required.

Hourly rate: $30 per hour

Superannuation: 11.5% p.a

What you'll be doing

  • Warmly greet and welcome patients, providing excellent customer service
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
  • Handle patient enquiries and provide information about our services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • General office administration tasks
  • Processing payments
  • Follow up calls to clients

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years customer service experience in a medical or health care setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage a diverse workload
  • Excellent computer skills - e.g, typing, navigating new software, proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • A friendly, patient and empathetic demeanour to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Ability to complete work tasks accurately and timely manner
  • Good attention to detail
